Small Business Health Service - A partnership with Piedmont Health Services to provide affordable health care to uninsured employees and family members of Chamber members. The Small Business Health Service does not provide health insurance but rather access to affordable primary health care and medication. Participation in the service is free and gives members access to primary care physicians for $60 per visit, including any in-house exams, as well as prescription medications filled on-site for $10.
