Key duties: - Manage Chamber and Partnership accounts receivable and account payable. - Manage Chamber member records - Manage Quickbooks accounts and related record keeping document - Manage collections on receivable and delinquent accounts - Manage Chamber payroll - Manage membership invoicing - Manage all bank accounts and reconciliations - Produce all required financial reports - Staff finance committee - Support year-end tax preparation - Manage Chamber and Partnership budgets
