Orange County Department on Aging invites family caregivers to join us for a time of self-care, wellness and appreciation at the Caregiver Day of Care, honoring the efforts and commitment of family caregivers in Orange County. Caregivers will enjoy: • All-day relaxation room with massage and aroma therapy • Wellness activities • Educational classes • Art workshops • Live Music • Raffles • Refreshments, lunch and more! The event is FREE. Participants are asked to register by Saturday, November 2. For more information and to register, please call 919-968-2070. Limited respite care is available, based on individual care needs. Please contact Lisa Meinert at (919) 245-4251 by November 2 to discuss suitability. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a well-rounded program of activities including movement, live music and singing, games, art and classic film appreciation, reminiscence and story sharing.
