Description
Register for this briefing hosted by Chambers for Innovation & Clean Energy.
The election is over, what do the results mean for clean energy and economic development? Please join your chamber colleagues for a post-election briefing call with invited guest speakers from Capitol Hill, state government, business circles and local chamber offices.
We’ll be joined by:
Former Coloroado Gov. Bill Ritter, Jr., who is also founder and director of Colorado State University's Center for New Energy Economy, which provides technical assistance to help officials create the policies and practices that will facilitate America’s transition to a clean-energy economy. During Ritter's four-year term as governor, he established Colorado as a national and international leader in clean energy by building a new energy economy.
Daniel Martini, senior legislative assistant and counsel to Congressman Charlie Dent (R-PA) on a number of issues including energy, environment and natural resources. Congressman Dent has served in the House of Representative since 2005 and is a member of the House Appropriations Committee. He also serves as co-chair of the Tuesday Group, a coalition of center-right Republicans dedicated to promoting fiscal responsibility, personal independence, and a strong national defense.
Erin L. Lane, vice president of Cascade Associates, a governmental affairs consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lane previously served as legislative assistant to former New York Congressman Jack Quinn.
