Developing Resilience: How to Calm in Critical Moments
Dr. Patrick Jeffs the founder and CEO of The Resiliency Solution, a training and consulting firm who works primarily with companies and organizations to address workplace stress and performance. In addition to this role, he was also the co-founder and CFO of NC Center for Resiliency, PLLC, a somatic-based psychotherapy practice in Chapel Hill.
