Description
Students must already be commissioned as a notary public before taking the Electronic Notary course. To be admitted to this course, the NC Secretary of State requires that all candidates be able to speak, read, and write in English, and present a valid government photo ID. See sosnc.com for additional requirements. Register with care as refunds and transfers are not accepted. (Because this course is self-supporting, no tuition waivers or exemptions are allowed.)
