NAVIGATING THE GREAT PAUSE SERIES
This is the fourth panel discussion in the “Navigating the Great Pause” series co-hosted by the Entrepreneurship Center and NC Growth every Thursday throughout April and May at noon. These events are designed to help our stakeholders and community make it through the COVID-19 pandemic and come out stronger on the other side.
During the “How to Operate Effectively in the New Normal – Experts in Marketing, Social Media, Client Services, Sales” session, business owners and operators will hear from a panel of marketing, social media, client services, and sales experts about the business adjustments needed during this time of “new normal.” We will send you a survey before the session so you can let us know the questions you would like the panelists to address. Panelist:
Dana Newell- A 25-year B2B, B2C, and start-up executive with expertise in creative services and marketing communications. Dana's agency works with emerging, small and mid-sized businesses to create strategies for revenue-producing profit centers. She can offer perspective for businesses leveraging social media and marketing to stabilize during this time.
David Rose- As a COO with serial success driving the vision, strategy, and execution for early stage and turnarounds companies, David has a proven track record of using financial resources, surpassing revenue targets, and collaborating effectively with investors, employees, customers, and engineers. He can speak to startups & turnarounds as well as sales & marketing as business owners seek to pivot and innovate during this time.
Doug Speight- As a serial entrepreneur, former executive director of American Underground and 1X angel investor, Doug offers expertise in commercialization and thought leadership among startups, investors and the community seeking new pathways of economic revival.
Gary Traynor: As a finance and operations specialists for startups and Advisor to The Entrepreneurship Center, Gary will serve as our moderator for this panel.
