Description
The April Non-Profit Roundtable features the expertise of Dispute Settlement Center's Will Dudenhausen! Join us 4-5:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 9 in the Louise Beck Properties Conference Room at the Chamber! Will will share with attendees the secrets of running effective, efficient meetings.
About the Presentation: Unproductive and inefficient meetings are one of the most frustrating things any employee or manager has to endure in the business world. Difficulty making decisions, disagreement, or lack of follow –through are just some of what makes group processes so maddening. In this session, Will Dudenhausen of The Dispute Settlement Center will talk about his experience as a meeting facilitator, who leads businesses and workplaces through difficult group processes. He will offer tips and strategies for making sure meetings are smooth, efficient, and productive.
About the Presenter: Will has a BA from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois. Will joined the Center in 2004, and he conducts trainings, interventions and facilitation for adults and youth in schools, organizations and workplaces. He has worked with all of our local governments, many local agencies, and many local businesses. He is a MNNC and DPI-certified mediator, and a Family Mediator.
