Is your nonprofit at risk of closing its doors?
Risk Management for Nonprofits: Is your nonprofit at risk of closing its doors? At this interactive roundtable we will talk about Risk Management: What is it? Should you worry about it? How might it affect your nonprofit, now and in the future.
Speaker:Al Decker
Al is a recognized authority on enterprise risk management, business continuity, information security and privacy and internal controls with more than 30 years of experience in private industry and public accounting. He has served as an outside director of a private company and the CEO of a consulting firm. A proven leader in his field, Al’s experience includes enterprise risk management, IT security, internal controls, system implementation and training for companies worldwide.
Al is the co-author of a top-selling book on the practical implementations of an enterprise risk management process. He has also been featured in leading business and trade publications and frequently gives lectures to industry associations regarding his expertise on the topic.
Al received his B.S. in mathematics from William Paterson University and his MBA in accounting and finance from Rutgers University.
