Topic: Volunteers Can Help You Achieve More Than You Think
We often think of volunteers only as help in delivering services to the community we serve. But volunteers can also be used to help agency achieve more of your strategic goals and objectives. This discussion will provide practical guidance on how your agency can make better use of volunteers in operational areas that will simply allow you to do more.
Led by Executive Service Corps Consultant Al Decker, we will discuss how to identify operational task volunteers can perform, how to manage a volunteer operational staff, and how to build volunteer skills into your business plan nonprofit.
Speaker: Al Decker, Consultant Executive Service Corps of the Triangle
