Description
Panel Discussion: Effective Fundraising
Organizing a fundraiser for your non-profit takes a lot of time and energy, so make it as fruitful as possible! We have invited two non-profit development professionals who have executed successful fundraisers to share their experiences to help you navigate the do's and don'ts of fundraising to generate the most dollars for your organization.
Gail Perry, MBA, CFRE, is a leader in a new breed of fundraisers. She is the best-selling author of Fired-Up Fundraising: Turn Board Passion into Action (Wiley). Her Fired-Up Fundraising approach, developed over the past 22 years as a non-profit philanthropy expert, has helped organizations raise hundreds of millions in gifts and support. Read more about Fired-Up Fundraising and Gail Perry via http://www.gailperry.com/
Our second guest speaker, Alyson Culin, is Development and Marketing Director for Orange County Rape Crisis Center who organizes a silent auction for the center annually and handles fundraising of all stripes including events, donor relations, direct mail, and grants.
Join us at the Chamber office for our December Non-Profit Roundtable and learn how to raise money for your non-profit effectively. The Roundtable is free, but space is limited. Registration is required. To register, click on the "Register Online" button above or email Chela at ctu@carolinachamber.org.
