Description
Improve communication and collaboration with your team
Nonprofit leaders must rely on their influence more than authority when dealing with their varied stakeholders. Have you ever wondered why some people seem to be on your wavelength while others are not? Why is it so easy to motivate some staff members, while others remain a mystery? Why are some people so easy to communicate with, while others are so difficult?
You can answer these and other questions with the TTI Success Insights DISC Behavioral Style and Driving Forces Assessments. Based on psychological theories first advanced over a hundred years ago, these assessments and been refined and validated through decades of extensive research and testing. They can provide valuable insights to help you improve communication within your team, build more productive relationships and maximize your team’s effectiveness.
