Description
Activating Millennials through Transparency, Collaboration, & Trust
Millennials come into the workforce expecting to be highly informed and involved. If you are not engaging them fully, they are probably actively looking for the next opportunity. In order to keep valuable talent, it's important to understand some of the driving forces behind Millennials' motivations and expectations at work.
Heather Marks will share her insights on this topic from 25 years in strategic internal communications and employee engagement. During this meeting, she will share some ways you can take an open source approach to better engage key stakeholders in your organization's business decisions and communications.
These tried-and-true strategies will help you:
- Gain executives' trust in taking a more open approach to communication
- Strengthen peoples' connection and commitment to your organization's strategy and culture
- Enhance your organization's outcomes through better collaboration and engagement
NPRT is powered by Executive Service Corps, an organization that provides professional, affordable consulting to area non-profits to help them achieve their missions in Orange, Wake, Durham and Chatham counties.
