The 2014 Orange County Development Briefing will provide attendees with a host of information about the latest development trends in local markets, new economic development initiatives in our counties, and the status of approved projects in Orange County. Commercial and residential real estate professionals, planners and economic development experts will present the information and take questions from attendees.
Speakers include Mark Zimmerman of RE/MAX Winning Edge and Dwight Bassett with the Town of Chapel Hill. The briefing will include project updates on Lloyd Farm, The Graduate, Village Plaza Apartments, among others.
Tickets to the Briefing are $28 for Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber members, GCHAR members, and HBADOC members; $38 for non-members; and $300 for preferred seating for eight. Ticket prices include breakfast and parking.
Tickets to the Orange County Development Briefing are not refundable after 5 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 16.
