Description
A New Year’s Mini-Workshop: Keeping Your Strategy and Goals Alive Throughout 2014
Come gather at the Small Business Roundtable for a collaborative working session led by Zemo Trevathan, international Leadership & Teambuilding Facilitator and co-author of “Daring to Have Real Conversations in Business”. Zemo will share a few time-tested best practices and “magic principles” for fulfilling your visions and objectives, and you’ll have time to work on your own plan and goals for the year.
Every organization claims to understand that “people are our greatest asset,” but few actually act on that value. Similarly, most teams and organizations spend time to define strategies and goals, but very few effectively utilize these plans once they are set. For two decades Zemo Trevathan has travelled the globe sparking leaders and teams to effectively care for and develop their people as an integrated component of living their strategy. He is co-author of “Daring to Have Real Conversations in Business,” and founding partner of Zemo Trevathan & Associates, Inc
