“Quick and Dirty Secrets for Increasing Sales to Any Age Group” presented by Timothy Moore.
Everyone likes the same type of sales style and the same type of service...right? Nothing could be further from the truth. The truth is that what you don't know about the four generations impacts the bottom line. Each generation, with their unique values, defines a quality sales or service experience in their own unique way. We will explore the sales and services biases of each of the four generations and provide you with simple, easy to execute ideas for how to best work with each. About the Presenter
Timothy Moore is an accomplished author and speaker with more than three decades of experience in marketing, sales, and training. Tim has written articles on sales and training and is coauthor of the book “Six Secrets of Sales Magnets.” At Generational Insights, Moore is part of a team that has become the leading voice on the impact of generational differences on sales, marketing, and management.
