Description
Simple Problems: Simple Solutions Workshop
The right answer is always painfully obvious when you’re looking in but extremely hard to find when you’re in the middle of the problem. Come get some answers and share your “ah-hah” moment with other business owners like yourself.
Do you need a simple and inexpensive way to track customers or stay on top of accounts receivables? The answer might be right in front of you but even very smart and driven business owners have trouble seeing the forest because of one or two annoying trees. Bring your tree and share it. This will be a working session and require some forethought. Bring one or two problem items that you are facing. Also, bring an “ah-ha” moment that was simple to implement but made a significant difference in how you run your business.
This session will be presented by Tori Williams Reid, Ph.D., co-owner of Right at Home – Durham/Chapel Hill, an in-home care and assistance company. Right at Home has provided non-medical personal and companion care in Orange and Durham Counties for over 4 years. Before becoming a small business owner, Dr. Reid spent ten years at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. She focused primarily on the government sector.
