Description
Use Content Marketing As A Revenue Driver, Brand Builder
You've heard the term "Content is King"? Well, you too can rule with proper use and packaging of high quality content marketing. We'll talk about how you can use quality content to attract prospects, weld customers to your company, and build brand. What content can you create or share that can help your prospect or customer? Should you blog or create an email newsletter? Write articles, create videos or podcasts? Hold a live or Web event or product demonstrations? What can you post on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to position yourself as a leader? And don't forget to spread your message, by contributing ideas and content to existing quality media outlets that reflect the brand message that you want to send to prospects. At the April Small Business Roundtable, Ellen Shannon of Chapel Hill Magazine will share the most efficient, productive ways that small business owners can use content to drive revenues and position their organizations as experts and leaders in their field.
Ellen Shannon, is the co-owner of Chapel Hill Magazine, CHM's The Weekly, and Durham Magazine. She is currently a Chief Content Director and Publisher for Penton Media, the largest b-to-b media company in the country. Ellen began her 37 year media career at age 17, working with and for many successful media entrepreneurs, helping to build several start-up media companies into multi-million dollar organizations. Those organizations' successes were built on smart sales and marketing of creatively produced and packaged top-quality content.
The Roundtable is free, but registration is required. To RSVP, contact Laura Morrison at 919.357.9989 or lmorrison@carolinachamber.org.
