Description
Want to grow your business? If so, you'd better have a good plan. At the May Small Business Roundtable, SCORE volunteer Carl Baumann will cover the two phases of business planning: writing a business plan and creating a strategic plan. Baumann will help Roundtable attendees move into the strategic planning phase of business development, helping them grow their organizations over the long-term. Baumann retired in 2005 after 34 years in business. He spent six years in commercial banking and 28 years with the Miller Brewing Company in numerous financial positions. Baumann is a volunteer with SCORE and specializes in counseling in business planning, strategic planning, general management and management financial analysis. The Roundtable is free, but space is limited, so registration is required.
