Description
Everything You've Heard About Intellectual Property is Wrong
(And Why It Matters for Your Business)
Many myths surround the field of intellectual property; every business owner should be familiar with the basic principles of trademarks, copyrights (and, to a lesser degree, patents).
About the presenter:
Ed is a trademark and copyright lawyer with experience at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office. His office is in the Carrburritos building in Carrboro where he'd be happy to meet you for burritos.
The first half hour of the roundtable is reserved for networking and lunch (the BYO kind). The main program begins at noon. Participants are encouraged to bring lunch, business cards and to tweet with us! @carolinachamber #SBRT
