Description
On the heels of the North Carolina General Assembly’s short session, the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce will host its annual State Legislative Briefing presented by Fidelity Investments. The briefing gives our members an opportunity to communicate with state legislators about the issues affecting their businesses and hear about what the legislators worked on during the most recent session. Additionally, Mark Zimmerman will review legislative issues important to real estate and property owners.
Invited speakers include: Sen. Bob Atwater, Sen. Ellie Kinnaird, Rep. Bill Faison, Rep. Joe Hackney, Rep. Larry Hall, and Rep. Verla Insko.
Registration is $25 for Chamber members and $35 for non members. Registration includes a full breakfast.
The State Legislative Briefing is presented by Leslie Walden and sponsored by PSNC Energy, Piedmont EMC and the Chamber Master Sponsors.
