How to Brand Your Organization in the Age of Digital Communication and Social Media
The rules of marketing and PR have changed in this digital age. Today, we must engage consumers, involving them in conversations. In this seminar, you will learn how to manage perceptions of your business in this new digital era, while building a deeper level of engagement with your brand. You’ll learn how to turn digital and social media tools into platforms where your best customers and brand advocates can celebrate your business and generate positive word-of-mouth advertising.
You’ll also learn steps you can take to more effectively generate engagement on your social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

Dan is a principal of Jennings, a North Carolina-based healthcare marketing agency with a specialty in audience engagement . A healthcare marketer, author, blogger and public speaker, Dan brings to audiences a unique combination of marketing scholarship, real-world experience, and an engaging presentation style. He has served on the faculty of the Annual Conference of the Illinois Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations (ISHMPR), the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society, the New England Society for Healthcare Communication (NESHCo), the American Chamber of Commerce Executives National Conference, and the NCCCS Public Relations, Information and Marketing Association
