Description
Change Management: Commit Not to Quit
When we embark on something new, a new business, a new career or changes within a business, we and/or our employees need to learn new skills and develop different behavioral patterns to be successful. But, change is hard and as humans, we are programmed to resist change.
In this seminar, you will learn a few strategies and tools to help you be successful. Change is not impossible. It’s all about your mindset: your vision for the future, the stories you tell yourself, and your emotional capacity to commit not to quit.
Lunch is sponsored by Hickory Tavern.
Speaker: Nicole Olivieri, http://www.e3people.com
