Description
Join us Saturday, May 5th: We are proud to host Phil Ford for a fun-filled day for parents and children at a special basketball workshop. Phil will discuss the highlights of his career, his foundation and answer any questions. Then we will take each child participant to our half-court so Phil can show them how to shoot a free throw and basic basketball skills. Finally, we will end with a personal book signing (books to be purchased separately and available in-store). A portion of the proceeds will go to The Phil Ford Foundation to prevent obesity in children. This is for the First Workshop between 12 pm and 1:30 PM in our Cooking School. Tickets $15 per person (children must be accompanied by one adult). Workshop #1: noon- 1:30 pm Workshop #2: 1:30 - 3 pm Book signing 3 pm - 4 pm (open to the public)
