Join the TOPO crew in Back Bar for the perfect ending to your Valentine’s Day. We will be welcoming Laurence O. Vuelta (aka Dr. LOV) of Aveniu Brands Wine Company, as well as our pastry chef and proprietor of local bakehouse Whisk & Rye, Shelby Smith, to create a perfectly paired wine & dessert tasting. With over 25 years in the wine industry, Dr. LOV will be presenting 4 fantastic wines with 4 unique desserts to complement each one. Covering the whole spectrum of Valentine’s Day colors, you’ll have the opportunity to taste two sparkling varietals, a brut rosé, and a full-bodied red. Tickets are just $15 per person and include all four wines with four expertly-paired desserts. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase their favorite bottle(s) at a discounted rate on the night of the event.
