Description
Workplace Resiliency:
A foundational Resiliency training for leaders and business owners
Chronic stress in the workplace has become a pandemic and leads to burnout, turnover, and fatigue. Our unique lens of resilience trains leaders and business owners to not only bounce back after inevitable challenges, but to focus on expanding what is truly possible. Resilience at work drives more innovation and creativity, optimizes collaboration, and increases focus on opportunities. Participants will develop the initial skills to implement resiliency in the workplace such as:
- How to recognize when and how chronic stress impacts us and those we work with
- Actions to take to counter-balance the natural stress cycles for optimal work-place performance
- How technology can increase or constrict our resiliency
Dr. Patrick Jeffs the founder and CEO of The Resiliency Solution,
a training and consulting firm who works primarily with companies and organizations to address workplace stress and performance.
In addition to this role, he is also the co-founder and CFO of NC Center for Resiliency, PLLC, a somatic-based psychotherapy practice in Chapel Hill.
