Over the last two months, the top three areas people have been inquiring about is how to increase resilience, agility, and feeling safe.
This foundational resiliency training webinar will address how to implement these areas personally and professionally.
About this Event
Chronic stress in the workplace has itself become a pandemic and leads to burnout, turnover, and fatigue. Our unique lens of resilience trains community leaders, business owners, and staff to not only bounce back after current challenges, but to focus on expanding our capacity for the future.
Resilience at work drives more innovation and creativity, optimizes collaboration, and increases focus on opportunities.
Participants will develop the initial skills to implement resiliency in the workplace such as:
• How to recognize when and how chronic stress impacts us at work and in life
• Actions to take to counter-balance the natural stress cycles for optimal work place performance and agility
• How to review technology's impact on resiliency with your work
During the webinar, breakout rooms will be engaged so participants can brainstorm and support how these principles can integrate throughout their own lives and organizations.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will receive a free, 7-day resiliency training course aimed to deepen the learning from this introductory webinar.
