Arthur currently serves as secretary of the Construction Professionals Network Institute. He was recognized among The Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law (2012-2014), and has been recognized as a member of North Carolina's ''Legal Elite'' for Construction Law by Business North Carolina magazine.
